Policy on Returns and Exchanges

1.Pack all the items in the original packing. Items bought as sets must be returned in sets.

2. Note on bottom of invoice/packing slip the following:

A Reason for return

1. Dissatisfied with color

2. Wrong size

3. Dissatisfied with overall quality.

4. Wrong product sent.

5. No longer interested.

6. Damaged

B Action to be taken:

Replacement

Exchange for another product.

Refund


3. Attach a copy of the sales order slip, stores are legally required to post their refund policy. If a store does not post any return policy, the law requires the store to accept returns within 30 days of purchase.
